On Wednesday 7 May, Year 11 marked a memorable milestone, as they celebrated their last official day of school before heading off on study leave ahead of their GCSE examinations.
On Wednesday 2 July, the Sports Hall at St Gabriel’s was transformed into a vibrant showcase of learning, creativity and achievement as we welcomed families to our annual Junior School Celebration Day and Prize Giving.

On Tuesday 1 July, the annual Year 6 Science Fair took place in the school marquee, and despite soaring temperatures, our pupils rose to the occasion with enthusiasm, creativity and an impressive display of scientific curiosity.

On Tuesday 1 July, pupils from Years 8, 9 and 10 at St Gabriel’s joined more than 700 schools across the UK in a record-breaking culinary challenge — a Guinness World Record attempt for the largest ever online cooking lesson, hosted by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver.

On Friday 27 June, St Gabriel’s Senior School took learning well beyond the classroom walls, as pupils from Years 7 to 12 enjoyed Activity Days Part II — a full day of fun, culture and adventure at destinations across southern England.
On Thursday 26 June, the Senior School at St Gabriel’s was abuzz with energy, excitement and teamwork for our annual Activities Day – a much-anticipated event offering pupils a rich variety of experiences beyond the classroom.

The sun shone down on St Gabriel’s on Wednesday 25 June as our Junior School came together for the much-anticipated annual Junior Swimming Gala—and what an afternoon it was!
The stage was awash with colour, music, and magic as Year 6 took to the spotlight for their much-anticipated annual production—this year, a sparkling rendition of Disney’s The Little Mermaid.

St Gabriel’s School is thrilled to announce that its Senior School production of Sister Act, performed at the Arlington Arts Theatre on 4 and 5 March 2025, has been awarded Best Ensemble at the prestigious National School Theatre Awards.

On Monday 16 June, talented athletes from St Gabriel’s travelled to Alexander Stadium in Birmingham to compete in the ISA National Athletics Finals—a prestigious event held at one of the country’s top athletics venues.
