St Gabriel’s Greenpower team returned to the track on Sunday 13 September for their second heat of the 2025/26 season, taking two cars and a 24-strong team to Dunsfold Aerodrome.

We are delighted to celebrate two fantastic achievements for the St Gabriel’s School Garden, recognising the enthusiasm, hard work and community spirit that have helped transform this once-overlooked corner of our grounds into a thriving space for growing and learning.

Congratulations to Year 8 pupil Declan, who enjoyed an outstanding weekend of competition at the National School Games Finals at Loughborough University, securing a team bronze medal in Modern Pentathlon.

Our new Reception pupils have been busy getting to know St Gabriel’s as they settle into school life, and this week they had a particularly important appointment – a visit to see Principal Mr Ricki Smith in his office.

St Gabriel’s has unveiled an exciting new Strength & Conditioning facility, providing pupils with a state-of-the-art environment in which to develop their physical capabilities and learn how to train safely and effectively.

Our Nursery children enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of fun, laughter and team spirit at our annual Nursery Sports Day on Wednesday 19 August.

St Gabriel’s is delighted to celebrate the achievements of our Year 13 pupils as they receive their A Level results today, marking the culmination of years of hard work, dedication and personal growth.

Congratulations to Year 10 pupil Hattie, who enjoyed outstanding success at the prestigious All England Dance Finals, held in Eastbourne over the weekend.

Congratulations to Year 11 pupils Kate and Izzy, who proudly represented their cheerleading club at the European Cheerleading Championships in Lisbon.

On Tuesday 7 July, St Gabriel's was delighted to welcome more than 50 Year 4 pupils from local primary schools for our annual Poetry to Performance Day – a celebration of creativity, collaboration and the inspiring beauty of the natural world.

On Monday 6 July, we were delighted to welcome a wonderful group of Year 5 pupils to St Gabriel's for our annual Senior School Taster Day – an exciting opportunity to experience life as a member of our Senior School community.
