Sicily Trip Day 4 Report
Yesterday, after an early start watching the sunrise on the beach, we took a bus 1380m up Mount Etna and then a car up to 2900m. Despite the freezing temperatures and several complaints about cold ankles, the views were fantastic.
After that, we went to a bee farm for honey tasting and then to Taormina to see the ancient theatre and browse the town centre, stopping for ice cream and to admire the view over the top.
After dinner, we held 'The Great St Gabriels Talent Show' where a variety of talents from classic hymns to Shakespeare monologues were performed. The image below shows Charlotte performing a speech from Henry VI on the moonlit beach.
