The showcase blended expressive poetry with an exciting range of dance styles, from contemporary and lyrical pieces to high-energy Rock ’n’ Roll and impressive breakdance. With a mix of solos, duets and ensemble numbers, the performance highlighted the creativity, versatility and exceptional talent of our scholars.

As the debut production from our Dance Scholarship cohort, the festival was nothing short of spectacular. Parents, pupils and staff who filled the audience were captivated throughout, and the atmosphere was wonderfully celebratory as we marked the start of the final week before the Christmas holidays.

A huge well done to all our performers and to the staff who supported them — we look forward to seeing the Winter Festival of Dance become a cherished new tradition at St Gabriel’s.
