Meet the Catering Team

St Gabriel’s School has appointed a new Head Chef, Nick Price, and a Second Chef Stacey Willetts.  Heading up the newly formed team is Michelle Garnham as Catering Manager.  

“Food is such an important part of daily life for our pupils here at St Gabriel’s and we are delighted to welcome the new team and adopt innovative and fresh new ideas.  The Food Committee and the Catering Team look forward to meeting next half-term and working together to ensure food is a real highlight in School”.

Michelle, Nick and the team are already making their culinary mark having hosted a Harvest themed lunch and have changed the breakfast menu to include homemade vegan options.  They are also looking forward to collaborating with the Sixth Form and Year 11 girls on the Winter Wonderland Dinner in December and had their first meeting with the Head Girl, Deputy Head Girl and Year 11 Captains and Vice-Captains.

The catering team have a wealth of experience and will look to introduce further changes to the lunch time menus over the next few months, including a focus on the use of more fresh ingredients.
