
Introduction to Sixth Form Evening Welcomes Prospective Students
On Tuesday 7 October, St Gabriel’s was delighted to welcome current Year 11 pupils and external prospective students to our Introduction to Sixth Form Evening.

On Tuesday, our Year 13 Biology students spent the day at Rushall Farm, undertaking vital fieldwork as part of their A-Level Biology practical endorsement.

On Monday 24 February, our Sixth Formers kicked off the new half-term with an eye-opening road safety workshop, delivered by the Roads Policing Unit, a joint operations unit of Thames Valley Police and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary.

Students in St Gabriel’s MedSoc had the unique opportunity to deepen their understanding of antenatal care and the process of labour in a special session led by Science Technician and Newbury NCT leader, Helen Kuijpers.

On Tuesday, 26 November, St Gabriel’s Year 13 Biology students took part in a fascinating forensics workshop at Baylab, Bayer’s cutting-edge facility in Reading.

On Thursday 14 November our Year 12 and 13 students experienced a truly inspiring conservation conference and classification workshop at Marwell Zoo.

Before the start of the school year, Year 12 and Year 13 went on a residential to Boundless Outdoors to create a more unified 6th form community in the coming year.

On 10 May 2024, St Gabriel's Year 13 students celebrated their last day of school with a series of enjoyable activities and gatherings.

St. Gabriel's was a vision of elegance and sophistication on March 26th as years 11, 12, and 13 gathered for their Spring Dinner. Donning formal dresses, the students enjoyed a delightful evening of fine dining and camaraderie, courtesy of the school.
