Sophie entered three categories in this prestigious national competition and demonstrated remarkable focus, skill and determination throughout. She was awarded gold medals in both of her points fighting categories, and earned an impressive silver medal in the Traditional Karate section, narrowly missing out on gold by just 0.1 points.

Following her outstanding performance, Sophie has now been selected to represent Team England at the upcoming WMAC World Martial Arts Games, which will be held at the University of Hull in September.

This is a phenomenal achievement for Sophie, especially at such a young age, and we are thrilled that her dedication and talent have been recognised at a national and international level. We wish her the very best as she prepares to compete on the world stage later this year!
