This term, pupils in Years 7 and 8 have been enjoying professional golf coaching every Wednesday afternoon, led by experienced instructor Dieter Strohbach. Taking place on the beautifully maintained greens of the Donnington course, the sessions offer a unique chance for pupils to develop their skills in a new and challenging sport — all in a stunning outdoor setting.

Director of Sport, Mr Simon James, commented:
"We are thrilled to be able to offer golf as part of our extended sports programme. This partnership with Donnington Valley not only introduces our pupils to a lifelong sport, but also helps us further broaden the range of activities available through our curriculum."

Director of Educational Partnerships, Mrs Ruth Chaplin, added:

Pupils have embraced the new option with great enthusiasm, and the early summer sunshine has made the weekly sessions even more enjoyable.
