Connecting with Nature
Mental Health Awareness Week is a good opportunity to focus on connecting with the world. At St Gabriel's we are blessed with a treasure trove of mother nature, from listening to birdsong whilst learning amongst the daffodils, to noticing the rhododendrons on a walk around the lake and talking with friends on the lawns.
The delights of the great outdoors are truly precious. It has been an exceptional time for everyone during the last year and taking the time to connect with nature is positive and beneficial for our mental health and well-being.
