Year 5 Win St Hugh's Netball Tournament

After an afternoon of fierce competition against twelve very high profile schools from Oxfordshire and Berkshire, the year 5 girls became the new champions at the St Hugh’s tournament. This is the first time we have won this competition and credit must go to our defensive team of Claudia , Sophie and Poppy who all put in solid performances to keep our opposition out of the attacking circle. Jess was superb in the centre, linking our defence and attack seamlessly and our attacking force of Zara , Jolie and Georgia were able to deliver the goals when it mattered.

The girls brought home the shield, a very proud PE teacher and some very excited parents.

Visitors to St Gabriel's quickly recognise that this is no ordinary school. Parents are always impressed by the sense of purpose and enthusiasm of the talented, committed staff and the confidence of the extremely happy pupils. We offer girls the opportunity for a seamless journey from Nursery through to Sixth Form, with our boys leaving us at the age of 11 for their senior schools.
