Admission to the Senior School is by selection through examination.
Places in the Senior School are offered by the Principal following a successful performance in the entrance examinations together with a satisfactory confidential progress report offered by the Head of the girl's current school.
Prospective pupils for entry at 11+ into Year 7 sit the Senior School entrance examinations in the November prior to their year of entry. Girls sit papers in English, Mathematics, Science and Verbal Reasoning and are interviewed informally by the Principal and Vice-Principal.
When the number of girls applying for 11+ places exceeds the number of places available, candidates who have reached the required level in the entrance examinations will be allocated a place in accordance with our Admissions Policy.
12+, 13+, 14+ Entry
Entry into the Senior School at other stages is also welcomed when a place is available. Prospective pupils sit entrance examinations, relevant to their year group, in English, Mathematics and Science and complete a skills screening assessment.
