Ballet

Weekly Ballet classes are offered to children in Reception.

Drama

A specialist Drama teacher leads a weekly lesson for all Nursery and Reception children.

French

Weekly French lessons enable Nursery and Reception children to learn the names of colours, numbers, rhymes, songs and simple words and phrases.

Library

The library is a cosy and welcoming place for the children to relax and enjoy books. Our class library sessions are anticipated with pleasure by the children.

Music

All Nursery and Reception pupils receive weekly Music lessons from specialist teachers. 

Physical Education

PE lessons are led by specialist staff.  Activities include indoor and outdoor games, swimming, apparatus work in the gym and dance.

Sandleford children have four PE lessons a week, which includes one swimming lesson during the Summer Term.
