Year 5 Visit France
Meeting up with French children was like being with young teachers, except they had to be taught English too, so exchanging languages was fun and exciting.
I had the most joyful time: trying new foods, finding hidden skills, understanding heaps more French than before and overall having an outstanding, magnificent, superior, exceptionally good time.

I learnt a lot about other people in Year 5 and how to work together as a team.
I didn't want to try the goat's milk but I forced myself to because I might not ever get to do it again. I learnt a lot about the goats and how to milk a goat.
I learnt a lot while I was there and I got more confident speaking French to actual French people. I loved it and it was really fun. I'd go again if I could.

When we went to the French school I was quite nervous about talking to my pen friend in French. I didn't think I would do it! In the end I did talk in French and I achieved more than I thought I could.
Year 5 had a brilliant time in France. I really enjoyed it
