Kids Lit Quiz 2010

16 November saw the first ever team from St Gabriel's competing in the regional heat of the Kids Lit Quiz.  42 teams from Berkshire and Oxfordshire lined up against each other to answer questions in categories such as Folktales, Riddles and Shakespeare.

Although our girls did not win on this occasion, they worked extremely hard and finished the quiz with a very creditable score.  They also had the opportunity to buy a book and have it signed for them by one of several well known authors who were present to support the event.

At the end, each team member was given Lit Quiz pens as a momento of the afternoon.
