Anna P Wins First Round of ESAA Cross Country Cup

9 October was the first round of the ESAA Cross Country cup which was held at Downe House School. The junior girls (Yr 8) were required to run a 2500m course through woodlands and different terrain, there were many hills that made the course quite challenging. The inter girls (Yr 9 & 10) ran 3000m and it was a similar course with an extra hill added on!

The junior girls scored a total of 133 points and finished in 8th place and the inter girls scored 57 points and finished in 5th place with Anna P winning the competition by quite some way, an excellent result. Well done to all girls who took part!
